Disciplinary Results

IronPlanet, Inc. NCAL# 9309 (Pleasanton, CA)

Pursuant to a Consent Order entered into between the licensee and the Board effective January 9, 2023, Iron Planet, Inc. was assessed a Civil Penalty of $500.00 and received a Letter of Reprimand for violations of 21 NCAC 94B .0405(b) involving civil lawsuit reporting requirements. Per the provisions of N.C.G.S. 85B, all collected civil penalties are forwarded to local school boards.
